The Narrow Path Scholarship

Scholarship Overview

The Narrow Path Scholarship is designed to support students who are committed to perseverance, integrity, and a deep sense of curiosity and joyful expectation —the belief that life holds meaningful opportunities for those who seek them. This scholarship seeks applicants who have a desire to succeed and make a significant impact in the lives of those around them. It is for students who are not only goal-oriented but also willing to walk the “narrow path”—one that requires strong character, commitment, resilience, and a mindset that values learning as a lifelong pursuit.

The recipient of this $1,000 scholarship will also benefit from one year of monthly mentorship, providing guidance and encouragement through their first year of college. Mentorship will be provided by Oasien Group, LLC Founding Partner and daughter/granddaughter of a Mexia area resident, Jacqueline Mourot, Ed.D. Learn more about Jacqueline below.
